We are a small facility with only five ‘casetas’ for dogs and three suites for cats, and we book up quickly. To check availability,

Bookings are confirmed only when a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid in cash or by bank transfer or credit card (card payments can only be made in person).
The balance is payable on arrival.
Check-in is after 12:00 midday (earlier check-in may be possible at no extra cost, please enquire when booking if this may be possible).
You will not be charged for departure day as long as you collect your pet before11:30am. Later departures are charged as an
additional day. You MUST inform us in advance if you are planning to pick up your pet after 11.30am so that we do not book out the accommodation to another pet later that day.
Easter/Christmas/New Year bookings carry a minimum 7-day charge.
Cancellation policy:
More than 4 weeks’ notice: full refund
2–4 weeks’ notice:
Low season — deposit may be used as credit
High season — no credit issued
Less than 2 weeks’ notice: no credit unless we fill your reserved space (often possible due to waiting lists)

Please remember:
To bring your pet's passport with proof of up-to-date vaccinations for every visit. Both rabies and the annual booster vaccinations are due annually in Spain.
We do not accept kittens or cats who are not yet fully vaccinated.
We do not accept females on heat.
To give your pet a flea and tick treatment beforehand and ensure their worming treatment is up to date. We can administer a treatment for an additional
charge.
To bring enough food for their stay.
To inform us in writing of any medication and dosage instructions.
To bring a soft bed/blanket and some of their favourite toys.
