Flying is not as difficult or as stressful on an animal as you might think and we can even have your pet delivered to your door. We have the expertise to advise you on every aspect of your pet's travel and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We take care of all the paperwork for you and can offer you valuable advice about flying your pets. We are IATA trained in pet transportation and have flown pets all over the world. 

We also over a door to door land/sea service to and from the UK and Tenerife for breeds that are not able to fly, or you simply prefer your pet to travel this way. We can also deliver pets to the mainland and other European destinations by using this service. 

if you prefer to arrange your pet's travel yourself, we offer a passport and paperwork verification service for a small fee. Vets commonly make small mistakes on the passport, and this can cause issues with import and export paperwork, so it's best to get it right from the start. Please contact us to arrange an appointment if you wish to take advantage of this service.

We also offer a reliable pet taxi service in Tenerife, whether you are travelling with your pet to or from the airport for travel that you have organised yourself (we can also assist with check in or on arrival collection), or you simply require transport to a veterinary appointment. We also offer a pet taxi service to and from the North Airport, subject to availability. We have two vans available which can fit various crate sizes and are fully licensed and insured for pet transportation within the Canary Islands.
