Many owners are surprised to learn that flying is not usually stressful for pets. We can arrange the entire process from start to finish, including delivery directly to your door. Our experienced team manages all aspects of pet travel and will guide you through every step to ensure a smooth, worry-free journey. We take care of all required documentation and offer expert advice throughout. We are fully IATA trained in pet transportation and have safely flown pets all over the world.

For pets unable to travel by air - or for owners who prefer an alternative - we also provide a door-to-door land and sea transport service between the UK and the Canary Islands. This service is also available for mainland Spain and other European destinations.

If you wish to arrange your pet’s travel independently, we offer a passport and documentation checking service for a small fee. Errors in passports or veterinary paperwork are common and can cause delays or refusal of entry, so it’s important to confirm everything is correct before travelling. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

We also provide a dependable pet taxi service within Tenerife. Whether you need transport to or from the airport for a journey you have arranged (including assistance with check-in or collection), or simply require transport to a veterinary visit, we can help. A taxi service to and from the North Airport is also available, subject to scheduling. Our three fully licensed and insured vans accommodate multiple crate sizes and comply with all regulations for animal transport within the Canary Islands.
