Prices

Stays of 3 days or more:

1 pet  €20 per day
2 pets  €30 per day
3 pets  €40 per day
4 pets  €50 per day

Stays of 2 days or less:
1 pet  €25 per day
2 pets  €35 per day
3 pets  €45 per day
4 pets  €55 per day

Prices include IGIC and are charged per day. Rates apply to pets from the same family sharing the same kennel or cat suite. Each additional dog or cat sharing the same space is charged at €10 extra per day. If your pets are unable to share, then individual pricing will apply.

Bookings are confirmed only when a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid (in cash or by bank transfer or credit card - card payments can only be made in person). The balance is then payable on arrival.

There is no charge on departure day as long as you collect your pet before 11:30am. If you require a later check out you MUST let us know at the time of booking, and you will be charged for that day.

High Season Policy

During high season (May–September and the month of December), there is a minimum stay of 3 days. Shorter stays may be possible but may not be confirmed until two weeks beforehand.

For stays over Easter/Christmas/New Year, there is a minimum 7-day charge.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: After 12:00 midday (sometimes possible from 10:00am if the accommodation is empty from the previous evening)
• Departure day: No charge if your pet is collected before 11:30am
• Departures after 12:00 midday MUST be arranged at the time of booking; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your pet if the space has been rebooked later in the day.

Long-Stay Discount

For every stay of 15 days or more, the 15th day is free of charge.
Example: A 30-day stay includes two free days. (This discount does not apply to extensions made during an ongoing stay, which remain subject to availability.)

Cancellations

• More than 4 weeks’ notice: full refund
• 2–4 weeks’ notice:
  *Low season — deposit may be used as credit
  *High season — no credit issued
• Less than 2 weeks’ notice: no credit unless we fill your reserved space (often possible due to waiting lists)

Collection & Delivery (Pet Taxi)

Pet taxi service is available at approximately €0.75 per km, depending on distance and travel time (subject to availability). Example one-way prices:

• Callao Salvaje / Playa Paraíso / La Caleta — €35
• Playa San Juan / Alcalá / Los Gigantes / Puerto de Santiago — €50

Pick-ups and drop-offs are available daily between 10:30am and 4:00pm and are subject to availability.

Please do not feed pets prone to car sickness within 3 hours of travel. A €10 clean-up fee may apply if needed.
Cats must be ready to go in suitable carriers before pick-up.

We offer a pet taxi service across Tenerife for airport transfers and vet visits. Our vehicles hold a Type 1 Animal Transport Licence from the Canarian Government (Cabildo) and are fully insured for carrying pets.
